Half-day and Full-day Shoots

Most of my work is undertaken on the basis of half-day and full-day shoots. They give you a fixed-length shoot that can be arranged in the morning or afternoon or both, depending on the best lighting and the size of the brief.

The pricing for these shoots is:

  • £300 for 3 hours on site with associated developing and editing time
  • £550 for 6 hours on site with associated developing and editing time

What is included?

  • A briefing conversation
  • A fixed-length shoot
  • Standard developing and editing of each image, including the removal of small aberrations, for export in one digital format in RGB colour space. This will allow for use online and for photographic prints
  • A first-party license

What is not included?

This pricing does not include the following but can be adapted using my hourly rates:

  • Travel over one hour from my address to site
  • Administrative time beyond our briefing conversation, e.g. arranging permissions or negotiating access
  • Meetings or site visits
  • Additional time or visits because the site was not as you expected, access could be gained or permissions were not in place
  • Additional time or visits because of weather conditions
  • A set number of images
  • Specialist editing of images with Adobe Photoshop to remove significant aberrations
  • Additional licensing
  • Expenses

Please note that the fixed-length shoot describes my time on site. This includes photography as well as any scene setting or administration. To maximise time spent on photography you should try to ensure that the spaces to be photographed are found as you expect them to appear in images, and that access and permissions are agreed with all concerned.

My hourly rates are:
